CALLER AS YOU CAN BEFORE GIVING OUT YOUR ADDRESS.
4. REMEMBER, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT PUT ANYTHING EXCEPT YOUR PHONE NUMBER
IN YOUR AD, IT IS RELATIVELY SIMPLE TO FIND YOUR ADDRESS IN A CROSS REFERENCE DIRECTORY.

VALUABLES HIDDEN. DO NOT WEAR JEWELRY WHILE SHOWING THE HOME THAT WOULD ATTRACT UNUSUAL
ATTENTION.
11. WHEN SHOWING YOUR HOME, ACCOMPANY THE PARTY AT ALL TIMES. IF YOU
ARE SHOWING TWO OR MORE PARTIES AT THE SAME TIME, KEEP THEM TOGETHER.
12. PAY CAREFUL ATTENTION TO THE LOCATION OF YOUR KEYS. IF ONE IS
MISSING, HAVE YOUR LOCKS CHANGES.
